Description
Für einen etablierten, international tätigen Chemiehändler suchen wir eine strukturierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit, die das Credit-Control-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie wichtige Aufgaben im Kredit- und Forderungsmanagement, überwachen Kreditlimits, stimmen sich mit Warenkreditversicherern ab und stellen die korrekte Pflege relevanter Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten sicher. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Begrenzung finanzieller Risiken, zur Sicherung der Liquidität und zur reibungslosen Abwicklung des internationalen Handelsgeschäfts. Aufgaben Anlage, Pflege und Änderung von Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten in SAP unter Berücksichtigung interner Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Lieferantenkreditlimits gemäß den geltenden internen Vorgaben Abstimmung mit Warenkreditversicherern zur Sicherstellung eines angemessenen Versicherungsschutzes für bestehende und geplante Kreditengagements Unterstützung bei der Überwachung offener und überfälliger Kundenforderungen sowie bei deren Klärung und Einziehung Erstellung interner Berichte und Auswertungen im Bereich Credit Cont…
