Unser Mandant ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen der Bauzulieferindustrie mit eigener Produktion. Für eine neu geschaffene Führungsposition suchen wir eine erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die das Exportgeschäft und das Key Account Management gemeinsam weiterentwickelt. Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Ihre Aufgaben Sie entwickeln die internationale Vertriebsstrategie weiter und setzen klare Prioritäten für bestehende Märkte und neue Absatzregionen. Sie verantworten Umsatz, Ergebnis und Absatzplanung des zugeordneten Geschäfts einschließlich Forecasting und Vertriebssteuerung. Sie führen und entwickeln das Team in Export und Key Account Management und etablieren gemeinsame Ziele, klare Zuständigkeiten und verbindliche Abläufe. Sie bauen strategische Kundenbeziehungen und internationale Vertriebspartnerschaften aus, verhandeln Preise und Konditionen und schließen Rahmenverträge ab. Sie stimmen Marktanforderungen und Vertriebsmaßnahmen eng mit Geschäftsführung, Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Marketing, Produktion und Logistik ab.
