Wir beliefern Industrie, Mittelstand, Forschung und Bildung und arbeiten direkt mit Herstellern wie Bambu Lab, Formlabs, Prusa, Ultimaker und Polymaker zusammen. Zum weiteren Ausbau unseres Geschäftskundensegments suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die technisches Fachwissen, Abschlussstärke und Führungserfahrung vereint. Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Vertriebsteams, einschließlich Zielsetzung, Coaching und Mitarbeiterentwicklung Verantwortung für Umsatz, Marge und Forecast im B2B-Geschäft Eigenständige Betreuung und Entwicklung strategischer Key Accounts aus Industrie, Konzernumfeld und öffentlichem Sektor Aufbau und Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen, Jahresvereinbarungen und Lieferantenqualifizierungen Optional: technische Beratung zu 3D-Drucksystemen, Materialien und Prozessen bis hin zur Lösungskonzeption Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsprozesse sowie Pipeline-Steuerung und Reporting im CRM Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern zu Konditionen, Projektregistrie…
