Description
Das bewegen Sie bei uns: Als WEG-Verwalter verantworten Sie eigenständig einen festen Immobilienstand und fungieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer und externe Dienstleister. Zudem planen, leiten und dokumentieren Sie Wohnungseigentümerversammlungen und setzen anschließend Beschlüsse um. Sie bereiten die Rechnungszahlungen vor und bearbeiten diese sowie weitere Ihnen zugewiesene Aufgaben in unserem CRM-System Domus/Navi. Nicht zuletzt überwachen Sie nach Auftragserteilung die Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Das bringen Sie mit: Ihre Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt haben Sie erfolgreich und idealerweise im Immobilienbereich abgeschlossen. Außerdem bringen Sie Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, vorzugsweise in der Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung (WEG), mit. Durch fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift überzeugen Sie uns.
