Als Chief Technology Officer (CTO) gestaltest Du aktiv die technologische Zukunft von ADCELL – dem am schnellsten wachsenden Affiliate-Marketing-Netzwerk im DACH-Raum. Du bist Teil der Geschäftsleitung und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Plattform leistungsstärker, skalierbarer und innovationsgetriebener aufzustellen. Mit einem klaren Blick für moderne Technologien und effizienter Teamführung übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere technische Strategie. Du entwickelst bestehende Systeme weiter, treibst die Migration zu zukunftsfähigen Architekturen voran und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für ein nachhaltiges Wachstum. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung, Produktmanagement, DevOps und Business führst Du ein starkes, agiles Tech-Team – und machst Technologie zum Enabler unserer langfristigen Unternehmensvision: Advertiser und Publisher digital zu verbinden – intelligent, effizient und datenbasiert.
