This is a hands-on role in a fast paced environment, with responsibility across employee relations, performance, organisational change and People development.</p> <p>You’ll inherit live casework and ongoing initiatives from day one, working closely with managers and People colleagues to provide practical, commercially-minded advice and deliver meaningful People initiatives across the business.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, is confident operating independently and enjoys balancing day-to-day People partnership with longer-term projects.</p> <p>An interest in AI and how it can be applied practically within People would be a bonus.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will be doin…
