Als (Senior) People Business Partner (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson und strategischer Sparringspartner für die Führungskräfte in Deutschland. Du kennst die Teams, ihre Herausforderungen und ihre Ziele – und gestaltest gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften die richtigen Rahmenbedingungen für Zusammenarbeit, Leistung und Entwicklung. Dabei agierst du proaktiv statt reaktiv: Du erkennst Handlungsbedarfe frühzeitig, berätst auch in schwierigen Situationen souverän und begleitest organisatorische Veränderungen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Führungskräften sowie unseren zusammen und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass #teamgreen weiter gesund wachsen kann. Proaktives Leadership Partnering Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den dir zugeordneten Führungskräften und berätst sie vertrauensvoll zu allen Team- und Personalthemen – von Führungsfragen über Teamdynamiken bis zu individuellen Anliegen von Mitarbeitenden.
