CISIS zoekt een gedreven Salesforce nonprofit support consultant! Taken Als Salesforce nonprofit support consultant werk je voor verschillende organisaties. Je weet IT, gebruikers en processen dichter bij elkaar te brengen. Dit doe je gemiddeld twee dagen per week in projecten en veelal op locatie bij onze klanten. De overige dagen bied je ad-hoc ondersteuning, adviseer jij bij vraagstukken en voer je kleine systeem gedreven wijzigingen in configuraties door. Tijdens deze werkzaamheden werk je of op ons kantoor in Zaandijk of vanuit huis. Vereisten Je hebt kennis van én ervaring in de Goede Doelen sector, bijvoorbeeld als database specialist, fondsenwerver of binnen het collecte domein. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt eigenaarschap voor te realiseren resultaat en bent, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, communicatief vaardig.
