Unternehmensbeschreibung Wir sind Room Boom aus Höhr-Grenzhausen. Wir betreiben 18 außergewöhnliche Gruppenunterkünfte in ganz Deutschland, mit Wellness, Unterhaltung und echtem Erlebnisfaktor. Unsere Häuser schaffen Raum für gemeinsame Zeit. Für Firmen kann das ein Retreat sein, ein Offsite für neue Ideen oder ein Teamevent, das Menschen zusammenbringt. Hinter Room Boom stehen 20 Leute, die Lust haben, etwas aufzubauen. Einleitung / Teaser Du verkaufst Vorfreude. Als Sales Manager baust du unser B2B-Geschäft mit auf. Dein Thema sind Unternehmen, die ihre Teams für Retreats, Offsites und Teamevents zusammenbringen möchten. Du möchtest hinter dem stehen, was du verkaufst? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Deine Aufgaben Du suchst passende Unternehmen und sprichst Menschen an, die Firmenretreats, Offsites oder Teamevents planen, am Telefon und schriftlich. Du hörst zu, verstehst, was ein Team gemeinsam erleben möchte, und entwickelst daraus einen Aufenthalt, der zum Anlass passt. Du bleibst an Kontakten dran, baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen und Kooperationen auf und machst Room Boom bei passenden Partnern bekannt.
