Ben jij iemand die klantgerichtheid voorop heeft staan, snel kan schakelen, zelfstandig kan werken, ondernemend is en graag initiatief neemt? Ga dan aan de slag als Medewerker Service & Support! Taken Wat ga je doen? In een team van enthousiaste medewerkers ben je het eerstelijns aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en snelle registratie en afhandeling van vragen, verzoeken en incidenten. Je bent goed in staat om de prioriteit van de binnenkomende meldingen vast te stellen. Meldingen die je niet zelf op kunt lossen, speel je in een heldere omschrijving door naar een tweedelijns medewerker/afdeling. Door deze samenwerking vergroot je je kennis die je vervolgens weer kunt toepassen bij het afhandelen van nieuwe binnenkomende meldingen.
