Unsere Software unterstützt Kunden dabei, ihre täglichen Geschäftsprozesse effizient und zuverlässig abzubilden. Als Kundenbetreuer bist du dabei eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, unserem Produkt und unseren internen Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden ihre Software sicher einsetzen können, findest gemeinsam mit ihnen Lösungen und bringst ihre Erfahrungen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte ein. Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support Was dich erwartet: Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und bearbeitest Anfragen telefonisch und per E-Mail über unser Ticketsystem (1st-Level-Support) Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der täglichen Anwendung unserer Software Du analysierst Fragen und Probleme, grenzt Fehler ein und koordinierst die weitere Bearbeitung mit unseren internen Teams, wenn mehr als 1st-Level-Support gefragt ist Du hast die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden im Blick und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale bei der Nutzung unserer Software Du bringst Rückmeldungen und Anforderungen unserer Kunden aktiv ins Team ein und unterstützt damit die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte Du koordinierst Lösungen und Erkenntn…
