bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. Your Role bunch is around 155 people across Berlin, London, and Amsterdam, and Luxembourg, on the way to roughly 200 in 2027. That means four legal entities, four payroll providers, different sets of people systems to reconcile, different compliance environments. Right now our People operations run 50% on effort. We want them to run mostly on systems. We also want our people data to be trustworthy enough that headcount, attrition, and hiring numbers are the same in every room they're quoted in. This person will own the operational and data backbone that the rest of the People function depends on.
