Over de rol Als Director Transformatie ben jij een commercieel en inhoudelijk boegbeeld binnen het Transformatie Team van IG&H. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het positioneren en vermarkten van onze dienstverlening binnen Financial Services, Health en Retail & Products. Je helpt organisaties bij het realiseren van grootschalige transformaties waarin technologie, processen en mensen samenkomen. Daarbij ligt een sterke focus op de adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen en technologieën, waaronder AI en datagedreven werken, en op het ontwerpen en implementeren van toekomstbestendige Target Operating Models. Je combineert diepgaande transformatie-expertise met ondernemerschap en een bewezen vermogen om nieuwe opdrachten te ontwikkelen en te winnen. Dankzij jouw netwerk, marktkennis en commerciële slagkracht weet je langdurige klantrelaties op te bouwen en complexe transformatieprogramma's te initiëren en succesvol te laten uitvoeren.
