Wij zijn Conflux: een netwerk van IT-boutiques. Wij geloven in het verbinden van mensen en het inzetten van de juiste specialisten op de juiste plek. Binnen ons netwerk (waaronder ook JDriven, Divotion en BigData Republic vallen) werken experts die uitblinken in hun eigen vakgebied. Zij werken dagelijks als consultant aan uitdagende projecten voor toonaangevende organisaties zoals de NS, Alliander en de ANWB. Binnen Conflux versterken de merken elkaar op het gebied van marketing, communicatie, recruitment en sales. Door deze samenwerking blijven we groeien en maken we samen impact. Als marketing en communicatiestagiair(e) bij Conflux werk je direct mee aan de groei en positionering van ons merk. Je krijgt veel mogelijkheden om te leren en krijgt de kans om écht impact te maken binnen een organisatie. Je gaat onder andere: ● Meebouwen aan de positionering en zichtbaarheid van Conflux en bijdragen aan employer branding binnen tech communities ● Content en kanalen (LinkedIn, website, nieuwsbrieven) analyseren, verbeterkansen signaleren en meedenken over de juiste strategie en optimalisaties. ● Zorgen voor een sterke zichtbaarheid via events, meetups en conferenties en meehelpen met…
