Über die Bundesverbraucherhilfe e.V. Die Bundesverbraucherhilfe veröffentlicht Ratgeber, Stellungnahmen und Beschlüsse und spricht Verbraucherinnen, Verbraucher, Unternehmen und Politik gleichermaßen an. Damit daraus eine erkennbare Stimme wird, braucht es eine Leitung, die Kommunikation als Ganzes verantwortet. Als Bereichsleitung Kommunikation führen Sie Presse, Website, Social Media und interne Kommunikation zusammen. Sie berichten unmittelbar dem Präsidium und bauen ein ehrenamtliches Team auf, das verlässlich und auf Augenhöhe kommuniziert.
