Für unseren Mandanten, einen etablierten Hersteller innovativer Systemlösungen für die Bauindustrie, suchen wir einen Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) für Deutschland. Das Unternehmen steht für hochwertige Produkte, nachhaltiges Wachstum und langfristige Kundenpartnerschaften. ______________________________________________________________________ Ihre Mission: Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Key-Account-Teams und fördern die individuelle Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie bestehende Vertriebsstrukturen weiter und setzen strategische Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Marktbearbeitung erfolgreich um. Sie analysieren relevante Vertriebskennzahlen, leiten daraus Maßnahmen ab und stellen die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Ertragsziele sicher. Sie erkennen neue Marktchancen, erschließen Wachstumspotenziale und bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu strategisch wichtigen Kunden sowie Geschäftspartnern auf.
