Dann begleite Arztpraxen beim Wechsel auf eine neue Software – vom ersten Planungsgespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live. DOMUS Consult sucht für einen Anbieter cloudbasierter Praxisverwaltungssoftware im Raum Berlin einen Onboarding Manager (m/w/d). Im Customer Onboarding verbindest du Projektmanagement, Technik und persönlichen Kundenkontakt. Dein Ziel: Software Onboarding für Arztpraxen so gestalten, dass Praxisteams gut vorbereitet mit ihrem neuen System arbeiten können. Du machst aus einem Softwarewechsel einen guten Start Du steuerst das gesamte Onboarding von der Vertragsunterschrift bis zum Go-live und der anschließenden Übergabe an den Kundenservice. Du lernst die Abläufe und Anforderungen der Praxen kennen und konfigurierst das Praxisverwaltungssystem entsprechend. Du koordinierst die Datenmigration gemeinsam mit dem internen Datenmigrationsteam. Du schulst Ärztinnen, Ärzte, Medizinische Fachangestellte und das Praxismanagement – verständlich und passend zum jeweiligen Wissensstand.
