Aufgaben Du verantwortest die Social-Media-Betreuung in einem unserer multidisziplinären Kundenteams, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Strategie, Konzeption und Data & Growth Du konzipierst Social-Media-Kampagnen und laufenden Content für Instagram und TikTok und begleitest sie von der Content-Planung über die Umsetzung bis zum Reporting Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, präsentierst Konzepte und Ergebnisse und berätst auf Augenhöhe Du leitest Kolleg:innen im Team an, gibst Feedback und hilfst Junior-Kolleg:innen, sich weiterzuentwickeln Du packst selbst an: bei Ideen, Skripten und Briefings, bei Anpassungen am Content und bei der Qualitätskontrolle vor dem Livegang Du arbeitest datenbasiert, leitest aus Performance-Daten und Learnings Maßnahmen ab und steuerst bei Bedarf Paid-Social-Verlängerungen mit Data & Growth Du beobachtest Trends, Plattform-Updates und Wettbewerb und bringst eigene Ideen für Kund:innen u…
