Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Social- und Creator-Marketing-Kampagnen Zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen während laufender Projekte Koordination von Creators, Partnern und internen Teams Erstellung von Projektplänen, Timelines und Budgets sowie deren Überwachung Qualitätssicherung von Content und Kampagnenausspielung Analyse und Reporting von Kampagnenergebnissen inkl. Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Workflows Unterstützung bei der strategischen Konzeption von Kampagnen Qualifikation 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Social Media oder Influencer Marketing Sicherer Umgang mit mehreren parallelen Projekten und Prioritäten Sicherer Umgang mit Budgets und Verantwortung für deren Einhaltung Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent E…
