Wir suchen im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung Aufgaben Planung und Steuerung der präventiven Instandhaltung über alle technischen Anlagen zur Minimierung ungeplanter Ausfälle und Optimierung der Wartungszyklen. Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller technischen Systeme (BMS, HVAC, Mittel-/Niederspannung, Sanitär, Brandschutz, Laborlüftung) entsprechend vertraglicher Vereinbarungen. Führung und Entwicklung des technischen Teams (ca. 10 Mitarbeiter) mit Fokus auf Kompetenzaufbau, Motivation, Leistungsmanagement und Förderung einer integrativen One-Team-Kultur. Einsatzplanung und Ressourcenmanagement inklusive Schichtplanung, Bereitschaftsdienste, Urlaubskoordination sowie Sicherstellung ausreichender Personalkapazitäten.
