Um unser starkes Wachstum der vergangenen Jahre fortzusetzen und gemeinsam mit Ihnen unsere Zukunftsziele zu erreichen, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n Hausmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich Facility Management Koblenz - ab sofort - Vollzeit Aufgaben Regelmäßiges Anfahren und Betreuen unserer Filialstandorte im zugewiesenen Einsatzgebiet nach vorgegebener Tourenplanung Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten nach Vorgabe bzw. Arbeitsauftrag Ausführung kleinerer Reparaturen, z. B. an Türen, Schlössern, Möbeln, Regalen, Wand- und Bodenflächen Austausch von Leuchtmitteln sowie einfache Elektro- und Sanitärarbeiten (im Rahmen der jeweiligen Qualifikation) Durchführung von Sicht- und Funktionskontrollen (z. B. Beleuchtung, Heizung, Klima, Brandschutzeinrichtungen, Notausgänge, Fluchtwege) Feststellen von Mängeln und Schäden, Dokumentation (Fotos, Berichte) und zeitnahe Meldung an die Zentrale bzw.
