Your Role Als Werkstudent:in in unserem B2B Sales-Team in München spielst du eine zentrale Rolle für das Wachstum von FINN: Du unterstützt die Akquisition neuer Geschäftskunden und überzeugst diese von den Vorteilen unserer innovativen Auto-Abo-Plattform. Dein Fokus liegt auf der strategischen Marktrecherche und der aktiven Leadgenerierung über Outbound-Kanäle. Als vollwertiges Teammitglied sammelst du tiefe Einblicke in moderne Startup-Vertriebsprozesse und legst das Fundament für deine Karriere im Sales Management. Your Mission Aktive Leadgenerierung: Du identifizierst eigenverantwortlich potenzielle Geschäftskunden durch gezieltes Prospecting, gehst proaktiv in die Erstansprache (Kaltakquise) und weckst Begeisterung für FINN. Effiziente Sales-Pipeline: Du qualifizierst Leads und sorgst für eine reibungslose Übergabe an unsere Account Executives und Sales Manager zur optimalen Conversion.
