Your Role Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Customer Experience für FINN Stations spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Betreuung unserer physischen FINN Stationen. Du arbeitest hands-on im täglichen operativen Geschäft, gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis vor Ort. Dadurch schaffst du eine nahtlose, skalierbare Customer Journey für eines der innovativsten Konzepte von FINN. Your Mission Gestalte und betreue den täglichen Ablauf an der FINN Station von der Fahrzeugübergabe bis zur Rückgabe mit höchster Servicequalität. Baue kontinuierliche Feedback-Schleifen auf, um die Kundenerfahrung direkt vor Ort stetig zu optimieren. Erstelle klare Prozessdokumentationen und KPI-Dashboards zur Messung und Verbesserung der operativen Stations-Performance. Unterstütze beim Auf- und Ausbau skalierbarer Partnerschaften mit externen Dienstleistern für reibungslose Abläufe. Biete den Kund:innen einen herausragenden Service und löse Herausforderungen im Tagesgeschäft pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
