Wir denken Audio ganzheitlich: von der Strategie über Konzeption bis zur Produktion und Vermarktung. Und genau hier spielt Video eine immer wichtigere Rolle. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die visuelle Qualität unserer Inhalte – von Videopodcasts über Social Content bis hin zu Kampagnenformaten – und führst ein kleines Team in einem Umfeld, das von Podcast Artists, Hosts und starken Persönlichkeiten geprägt ist. Du bringst Struktur, Qualität und Klarheit in unsere Postproduktion – und entwickelst sie aktiv weiter. Aufgaben Umsetzung und Supervision von Video- und Postproduktions-Projekten (Videopodcasts, Social Assets, Kampagnen-Content) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Podcast Hosts, Creators und Marken Verantwortung für Qualität, Look & Feel und Konsistenz aller Outputs Aufbau, Optimierung und Skalierung von Postproduktions-Workflows Sicherstellung sauberer Projektstrukturen und effizienter Pipelines Weiterentwicklung von Videoformaten im Podcast- und Content-Umfeld…
