Role We're looking for a Field Marketing Lead in London to build and own Pace's field marketing motion across the UK and EMEA. You'll create pipeline and deepen relationships with the region's leading insurers through conferences, executive programs, intimate gatherings, account-based experiences, and creative field activations. What this looks like in practice: Own the EMEA field strategy: Build the regional plan across conferences, Pace-hosted events, executive dinners, roundtables, VIP experiences, and account-based programs. Create and accelerate pipeline: Partner with EMEA Sales on target accounts, invitations, meeting goals, and follow-through. Own sourced and influenced pipeline targets, not just attendance.
