Unser Sortiment wächst ständig: Über 400 liebevoll entwickelte Artikel gehören inzwischen zu unserer Welt. Um unser Team zu verstärken, suchen wir für unsere Niederlassung in Lübeck ab sofort eine Unterstützung im Kundensupport (m/w/d) auf Teilzeitbasis (10 - 15 Stunden pro Woche, verteilt auf Montag bis Freitag). Homeoffice ist dabei an bis zu drei Tagen pro Woche möglich. Deine Aufgaben Kundenkontakt & Support: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und betreust diese via Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp. Du bearbeitest Anliegen zu Sortiment, Aufträgen und Lieferzeiten zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert. Zudem verwaltest du das Hauptpostfach der Stadtgärtner und leitest die Anfragen gezielt an die Zuständigen weiter. Auftragsabwicklung: Du hast die eingehenden Bestellungen fest im Blick, erfasst diese präzise und stimmst dich eng mit unserer Logistik ab, um einen nahtlosen Versandprozess zu gewährleisten.
