Jouw rol Bij Heras krijg je de kans om als stagiair bij te dragen aan het Nimble-programma: een strategisch verbeterprogramma gericht op het vereenvoudigen en automatiseren van bedrijfsprocessen. Als stagiair werk je aan het verbeteren van processen binnen domeinen zoals sales, projecten in nieuwbouw en finance. Je analyseert hoe processen vandaag werken en vertaalt dit naar slimme oplossingen met behulp van Power BI en Power Automate. Je levert concrete procesverbeteringen, procesbeschrijvingen, automatiseringen en Power BI dashboards voor operationele en financiële sturing aan alsmede werkende Power Automate flows. Tenslotte lever je een meetbare bijdrage aan efficiëntie (bijv. tijdbesparing of minder fouten). Jouw werkzaamheden In kaart brengen van huidige processen en knelpunten. Automatiseren van handmatige processen met Power Automate. Ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages in Power BI (zonder daadwerkelijk programmeren). Verbeteren van datakwaliteit en inzicht in KPI’s.
