Hoe zorg je ervoor dat jong talent succesvol instroomt, zich ontwikkelt én doorgroeit binnen een organisatie? Tijdens deze afstudeerstage combineer je Learning & Development met strategisch onderzoek naar talentontwikkeling binnen de divisie Retail & Logistiek. Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de leerlijnen voor onze Field Service Engineers (FSE 2 t/m 5). Voor de verschillende functieniveaus onderzoek je welke kennis, vaardigheden, werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden centraal staan. Je werkt hiervoor samen met engineers en andere stakeholders binnen de organisatie. De opgehaalde informatie vertaal je naar praktische leertrajecten, opleidingsmodules en ontwikkelpaden die bijdragen aan de groei van onze technische professionals. Daarnaast help je bij het actualiseren en verrijken van de bestaande FSE 1-leerlijn. Naast de ontwikkeling van de leerlijnen krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in de ontwikkeling en doorgroei van jong talent binnen Retail & Logistiek.
