Mit über 75 Mitarbeitenden betreuen wir bereits über 10.000 Einheiten in mehr als 500 Liegenschaften und wachsen mit Unterstützung führender VCs deutschlandweit. Deine Rolle Unser Ziel ist es, die größte deutsche Hausverwaltung durch Buy & Build aufzubauen. Du baust dafür den M&A Funnel auf, der dieses Wachstum trägt. Nach 6 Monaten kennen wir alle relevanten Hausverwaltungen und die ersten sind gekauft. Nach 12 Monaten wurden alle relevanten Verwaltungen mehrfach von uns kontaktiert, und wir stehen mit allen in engem Austausch, die sich einen Verkauf vorstellen können. Deine Aufgaben Du baust einen Datensatz mit allen relevanten Hausverwaltungen auf Du entwickelst einen personalisierten Multi-Channel Outreach per E-Mail und Telefon und nutzt dafür moderne Tech Tools wie Clay, Smartlead und HubSpot Du qualifizierst Verwaltungen und führst vielversprechende Gespräche zum Verkauf Du unterstützt bei der Due Diligence und der Angebotserstellung Du pflegst unser CRM konsistent u…
