Seit fast 25 Jahren beliefern wir im Großraum Hamburg täglich etwa 5.000 aktive Kunden mit frisch gekochtem Mittagessen an 365 Tagen im Jahr. Ihre Aufgaben Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen und Aufnahme von Bestellungen Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von E-Mails sowie Kundenanfragen Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und freundlichen Kontakts Erledigung anfallender kaufmännischer Verwaltungsaufgaben Das bringen Sie mit Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der kaufmännischen Verwaltung Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Das bieten wir Ihnen Ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag bei einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 40 Stunden und einer Probezeit von 3 Monaten. 25 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr.
