Diese Rolle ist unternehmerisch geprägt und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, dich aktiv einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Leistung und Eigeninitiative spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle, gleichzeitig wirst du durch strukturiertes Onboarding, Coaching und ein erfahrenes Team unterstützt. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) sind erforderlich, da die Ausbildung, die Kommunikation im Team sowie die Perspektive Richtung IHK vollständig auf Deutsch stattfinden. Dein Aufgabenbereich Startphase (erste Wochen): Terminaufbau: Du vereinbarst Kundentermine (Telefon, Netzwerk, Leads) und baust eine saubere Pipeline auf. Prozesslernen: Du lernst Gesprächsleitfäden, Bedarfsermittlung, Nachbereitung und Dokumentationsstandards.
