Über uns OKM Detectors entwickelt und fertigt seit 28 Jahren geophysikalische Messgeräte: Metalldetektoren, Magnetometer, 3D-Bodenscanner und Bodenradar. Alles entsteht bei uns im eigenen Haus in Altenburg, Made in Germany, und wird von Kunden in über 100 Ländern genutzt. Wir tüfteln gern und machen vieles selbst. Genau diese Haltung suchen wir jetzt auch für unsere interne IT. Ihre Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für alle internen IT-Themen bei OKM. Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für Kolleginnen und Kollegen, für unsere Systeme und für externe Dienstleister. In den ersten zwölf Monaten erwartet Sie: Infrastruktur: Netzwerk und WLAN am Standort (Router, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), Telefonanlage, Arbeitsplätze, Hardware und das technische Onboarding neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen Onlineshop: Sie passen unseren Shopify-Shop an (Theme, Apps, Schnittstellen z. B. zu Odoo) KI im Arbeitsalltag: Sie richten KI-Tools wie Claude für das Team ein, verwalten Zugänge und Richtlinien, schulen Kolleginnen und Kollegen und begleiten konkrete Anwendungsfälle IT-Grundlagen und Sicherheit: Zugriffsrechte, Passwortmanagement, Virenschutz, Backups nach dem 3-2-1-Prinzip, Lizenzen und e…
