Omschrijving Wij zijn voor een onafhankelijke publieke organisatie in de culturele sector op zoek naar een Beleidsadviseur Cultuur en Participatie. Deze organisatie ondersteunt een onafhankelijke adviesraad die bestuurders en volksvertegenwoordigers adviseert over vraagstukken rondom cultuurbeleid, cultuurparticipatie en de ontwikkeling van de culturele sector. Vanuit een zelfstandige en objectieve positie levert het bureau onderzoek, analyses en beleidsadviezen waarmee ontwikkelingen, knelpunten en kansen binnen het culturele landschap inzichtelijk worden gemaakt. Als beleidsadviseur vervul je een centrale rol in het ophalen, analyseren en vertalen van signalen uit de culturele praktijk. Je richt je op de positie van makers, culturele instellingen en informele initiatieven en zorgt ervoor dat inzichten uit het veld op een methodische en objectieve manier worden verwerkt in beleidsadviezen. Daarmee draag je bij aan toekomstbestendig cultuurbeleid en een sterke verbinding tussen beleid, praktijk en samenleving.
