Verstehe, wie Menschen arbeiten. Bau die Software, die ihre Arbeit besser macht. Bei Buena kaufen wir Hausverwaltungen und entwickeln die Software, mit der sie täglich arbeiten. Wir können direkt beobachten, wo Prozesse haken, welche Informationen fehlen und was Menschen unnötig Zeit kostet. Wir suchen einen Product Manager, der diese Probleme verstehen und lösen will. Du gehst zu den Nutzern, erkennst gemeinsame Bedürfnisse über mehrere Verwaltungen hinweg und übersetzt deine Erkenntnisse in klare Prioritäten und konkrete Produktverbesserungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Engineering und Design zusammen. Du gestaltest die Richtung und kümmerst dich um die Details, die aus einer guten Idee ein funktionierendes Produkt machen. Was du bei uns machst Nutzer und Arbeitsabläufe verstehen: Du beobachtest die Arbeit in unseren Hausverwaltungen und findest auch Probleme, die uns über Supportanfragen oder Online-Feedback bisher nicht erreichen. Gemeinsame Bedürfnisse erkennen: Du vergleichst Abläufe zwischen Verwaltungen und identifizierst Verbesserungen mit dem größten Nutzen.
