Mach aus komplexer Buchhaltungssoftware eine, die Menschen ihre Arbeit leichter macht. Bei Buena kaufen wir Hausverwaltungen und entwickeln die Software, mit der sie täglich arbeiten. Dadurch sind wir direkt an den Menschen, Prozessen und Problemen, für die wir bauen. Buchhaltung ist ein zentraler Bestandteil dieser Arbeit. Ob Mietausschüttung, Unterkonten oder Jahresabrechnung: Abläufe müssen verständlich, Ergebnisse korrekt und Automatisierungen auch dann zuverlässig sein, wenn etwas vom Standardfall abweicht. Wir suchen jemanden, der Buchhaltung tief versteht und dieses Wissen in bessere Software übersetzen kann. Gemeinsam mit unseren Nutzern, Engineering und Design findest du heraus, welche Probleme wir lösen müssen, wie eine gute Lösung aussieht und wohin sich unser Accounting-Produkt entwickeln soll. Was du bei uns machst Probleme wirklich verstehen: Du arbeitest dich in die Buchhaltungsprozesse unserer Hausverwaltungen ein – inklusive Sonderfällen, fachlichen Anforderungen und bestehender Einschränkungen.
