<h2><strong>Votre rôle chez nous :</strong></h2> <p>Au sein du bureau Parisien, le/la Responsable de Réglementation CEE est en charge du suivi réglementaire et législatif du dispositif CEE.</p> <p>Le/la Responsable de Réglementation CEE assurera entre autres, les missions suivantes :</p> <ul> <li>Assurer le suivi des évolutions législatives et réglementaires et anticiper les éventuels impacts sur l’activité d’ACT France ;</li> <li>Assurer le reporting des opérations engagées à la Direction Générale de l’Energie et du Climat (DGEC) ;</li> <li>Assurer la mise à jour des éléments associés à la délégation d’obligation d’ACT France (ISO 9001, liste des partenaires, lieu d’archivage, page internet des offres, etc..)</li> <li>Garantir la conformité des procédures et dispositifs mis en place au sein du service ;</li> <li>Assurer un support aux équipes techniques et commerciales pour toute question relative aux réglementations en vigueur ;</li> <li>Participer aux groupes de travail et aux événements extérieurs (colloque, salon, etc.) ;</li> <li>Assurer les relations avec la DGEC, le PNCEE, l’ATEE et l’ADEME pour toutes questions relatives au dispositif des CEE ;</li…
