Damit diese Momente bei unserer Kundschaft ankommen, muss die Logistik funktionieren: pünktlich, vollständig und über alle Kanäle hinweg. Von FTL über Stückgut und KEP bis Amazon hat jeder Transportweg seine eigene Logik. Als Disponent (all genders) behältst du den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass jede Sendung dort ankommt, wo sie hinsoll. Du wirst Teil des Logistik-Teams und arbeitest eng mit Speditionen, 3PLs und internen Teams zusammen. Du bist dabei nicht nur für den Ablauf zuständig, sondern denkst Abläufe mit und machst sie besser. Das erwartet dich: Transportplanung & Steuerung Planung, Organisation und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler LKW-Transporte (FTL, LTL, Stückgut, KEP, Amazon) End-to-End-Verantwortung von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Zustellung Monitoring & Troubleshooting Laufende Überwachung aller Sendungen Proaktives Eingreifen bei Abweichungen, damit Abläufe reibungslos bleiben Koordination & Kommunikation Abstimmung mit Speditionen, 3PLs, Lieferanten und internen Teams Sicherung von Slots und Terminen, Stakeholder i…
