HeyTeam est une scale-up française SaaS en pleine croissance qui accompagne les entreprises dans la digitalisation de l’expérience collaborateur : onboarding, offboarding, gestion documentaire RH, baromètre interne… Nous travaillons avec des clients comme Decathlon, Veolia, SNCF, PwC ou encore Sodexo Live. Dans le cadre du plan marketing 2026-2027 nous recherchons un.e alternant.e marketing 360 pour nous accompagner dans l’exécution opérationnelle des initiatives stratégiques. Rattaché.e à la Directrice Marketing, tu auras un rôle central dans l’organisation de nos événements, la communication sur LinkedIn et le suivi de la performance de nos actions marketing. Vos missions 🎤 Organisation de webinars & événements digitaux Création de pages d'inscription (via Contrast) Coordination des intervenants, planning et logistique Relances inscrits, suivi des taux de participation Support live (modération, technique), envoi de replay Rédaction de newsletter Reporting post-event 📊 Reporting marketing & analyse de performance Suivi des campagnes Paid / CRM / social media Construction de tableaux de bord mensuels Export de données via HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads 💬 Animation…
