Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Support & Infrastruktur bist du eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen und sorgst gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Team für einen zuverlässigen IT-Betrieb. Ob Anwendersupport, Hardware, Server oder Telefonie: Du kümmerst dich darum, dass unsere IT im Tagesgeschäft funktioniert, löst technische Probleme und entwickelst dein Know-how dabei kontinuierlich weiter. Dein Aufgabenbereich Du bist da, wenn die Technik mal nicht mitspielt: Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen unterstützt du bei Fragen und Störungen rund um Hard- und Software und sorgst dafür, dass Probleme schnell und unkompliziert gelöst werden. Ein funktionierender Arbeitsplatz beginnt bei einer zuverlässigen IT: Du richtest Arbeitsplätze, Notebooks und weitere Hardware ein, betreust unsere Endgeräte und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen technisch gut ausgestattet arbeiten können.
