Du entwickelst das ganzheitliche Markenleitbild weiter, das als Orientierung für alle Marketingkanäle dient – von Social Media über Kampagnen bis hin zu Content und Performance Marketing. Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Performance Marketing, Content sowie Social & Influencer Marketing zusammen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Marke überall konsistent, inspirierend und klar erlebbar ist. Dabei übernimmst du keine disziplinarische Führung – dein Fokus liegt voll auf der kreativen und strategischen Markenarbeit.
