Description
Le Responsable Projets et Développement Commercial pilote un portefeuille d’affaires aéronautiques, depuis l’identification du besoin client jusqu’à la livraison et au suivi de la performance. À l’interface des clients et des équipes Sogeclair Composite, il conjugue expertise technique, maîtrise des projets et sens commercial afin de développer l’activité, sécuriser les engagements et garantir la satisfaction client. Principales responsabilités Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients, détecter de nouvelles opportunités et contribuer au plan d’actions commercial. Comprendre et challenger les besoins techniques du client afin de proposer une solution adaptée, compétitive et réalisable. Piloter les réponses aux appels d’offres : cadrage, chiffrage, planning, analyse des risques, préparation et présentation des offres. Négocier les conditions techniques et commerciales, en lien avec la Direction et les fonctions support. Piloter les projets hors série de leur lancement à leur clôture : objectifs, ressources, budget, planning, qualité, risques et livrables.
