Dans le cadre d'un projet d'extension d'un bâtiment de contrôle qualité au sein d'un site pharmaceutique basé à Toulouse, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Projet Génie Civil & Construction. Vous interviendrez au sein d'une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire et serez responsable du pilotage des activités de construction, depuis les phases de préparation jusqu'à la réception des travaux, en garantissant l'atteinte des objectifs qualité, sécurité, coûts et délais. Missions Principales : Participer à la définition et à l'optimisation des solutions techniques retenues ; Piloter les lots Génie Civil, VRD et Clos-Couvert du projet ; Coordonner les entreprises, fournisseurs et sous-traitants ; Assurer le suivi des travaux et des interfaces chantier ; Garantir le respect des exigences HSE et qualité du projet ; Suivre les budgets, les contrats et les plannings associés ; Identifier et gérer les risques techniques, financiers et calendaires ; Organiser les réunion…
