Description
Deine Mission Als Onboarding & Lifecycle Communications Manager sorgst Du dafür, dass sich unsere Kund:innen ab dem Vertragsabschluss jederzeit gut informiert fühlen: Was passiert als Nächstes, was muss ich tun, wann geht es los? Du übernimmst die Staffel von Marketing und verantwortest die gesamte Kommunikation danach, per E-Mail und künftig auch in unserer App. Dein Maßstab ist einfach: Jede Frage, die Deine Kommunikation vorab beantwortet, muss unser Service-Team nicht mehr beantworten. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten Du verantwortest unsere Kundenkommunikation ab Vertragsabschluss: von der Vertragsbestätigung über das Onboarding und den Belieferungsstart bis in die laufende Kundenbeziehung. Du strukturierst und automatisierst unsere Kommunikation in HubSpot für unterschiedliche Produktkombinationen und Vertriebskanäle. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit Marketing für eine nahtlose Übergabe am Vertragsabschluss. Du analysierst gemeinsam mit Customer Service und Technical Support, wo Kund:innen hängen bleiben, und machst daraus bessere Kommunikation.
