Die STARTPLATZ AI Academy macht KI praktisch nutzbar: Wir bilden Privatpersonen und Unternehmen in Köln mit praxisnahen Trainings, Workshops und Coachings im Umgang mit KI-Tools fort. Als Founders Associate bist du Assistent:in der Geschäftsführung – nah dran, mittendrin, mit echter Verantwortung von Tag eins. Das machst du bei uns Assistenz der Geschäftsführung: Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft und bist ihr verlängerter Arm bei strategischen und operativen Themen. Strategic Support & Business Analytics: Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Go-to-Market Strategy: Du bringst dich bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Markteintritts- und Vertriebskonzepte ein. Management-Reporting: Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen, Reports und Präsentationen für Team und Partner. Direktes Mentoring & Shadowing: Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, begleitest sie im Alltag und lernst so alle Bereiche des Unternehmens von innen kennen.
