Ihre Aufgaben Du analysierst unsere End-to-End-Kundenprozesse von der ersten Datenaufnahme über Unterlagenbeschaffung, Dienstleistersteuerung und Gutachtenerstellung bis hin zu Rechnung und Mahnwesen. Du findest die Stellen, an denen sich Vorgänge verzögern, Daten doppelt eingegeben werden oder fachliche Energie an Routinearbeit verloren geht. Und dann baust Du. In der Regel mit den jeweiligen Fachteams und KI-Tools. Die Lösungen entwickelst Du entweder selbst, mit Code, Workflow-Tools, KI-Agenten und APIs, oder mit Hilfe Deines wachsenden Teams. Du bist näher an der Lösung als an der Theorie. In Deiner täglichen Arbeit stehst Du im engen Austausch mit unseren anderen Teamverantwortlichen. Sie liefern Dir das Fachwissen, Du übersetzt es in Prozesse und Systeme. Gemessen wirst Du an Deinen zentralen Kennzahlen, und machst diese Größen für die gesamte Organisation transparent. Mittelfristig baust Du Dir das Team auf, das Du brauchst, sobald die Potenziale größer werden als das, was Du allein liefern kannst. Wer in welchem Tempo dazu kommt, entscheidest Du datengetrieben.
