<p>IMC is seeking a <strong>Senior Compensation Manager</strong> to join our global Compensation team and play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Compensation, this role will have regional responsibility for compensation across Europe and will lead critical initiatives spanning job architecture, pay structures, benchmarking, and annual compensation processes. The role will sit within a global team and will be responsible for global strategic projects and processes.</p> <p>As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver compensation programs that are market-competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with IMC’s global rewards philosophy and local regulatory requirements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead core workstreams in the annual compensation cycle (e.g., merit, bonus, promotions), providing guidance and support to compensation planners across Europe</li> <li>Own and maintain <strong>job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures</strong>, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity</li>…
