Über DELABO.GROUP DELABO.GROUP vereint ein einmaliges Netzwerk von inhabergeführten Dentallaboren an regional starken Standorten. Am Standort in Düsseldorf steuerst du als Teil unseres Teams die operativen Abläufe und trägst dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards im Praxis- und Laborumfeld kontinuierlich zu sichern. Deine Aufgaben Schnittstelle zwischen und Ansprechpartner für Labore, externe Dienstleister und Holding-Kollegen in den betreuten Themengebieten und Standorten Unterstützung der Labore im Tagesgeschäft in Zusammenhang mit Leistungen, Produkten und Projekten der DELABO Gruppe Kollegiale, gleichzeitig zielgerichtete und konsequente Umsetzung von Performance-steigernden Maßnahmen mit den Laboren Steuerung von Arbeitsgruppen mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Laboren und Holding zur Entwicklung neuer Leistungen und Workflows, welche die Gruppe den Laboren anbietet Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Organisationsstrukturen in den Laboren zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Optimierung der Kapazitätsnutzung Vor- und Nachbereitung von Inhalten für Meetings mit den Laboren Was du mitbringst Höchste Kundenorientierung, Empathie- und Kommunikationsfäh…
