Wir vermarkten Maschinen, Fahrzeuge, Anlagen und weitere gewerbliche Assets und bringen Verkäufer und Käufer über digitale Prozesse und persönliche Betreuung zusammen. Im Jahr 2027 möchten wir wachsen. Damit das auch personell funktioniert, braucht es Recruiting, das schnell, verbindlich und nah an Kandidat:innen und Fachbereichen arbeitet. Dafür suchen wir für diese Phase Unterstützung für unser People-&-Culture-Team. Was dich erwartet Als Junior Recruiter unterstützt du Alex, unseren Talent Acquisition Manager, im operativen Recruiting und übernimmst von Anfang an direkten Kandidatenkontakt. Gemeinsam arbeitet ihr an unterschiedlichen Positionen – von der ersten Ansprache über Interviews bis zur Begleitung des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses. Dabei wirst du nicht einfach ins Tagesgeschäft geworfen: Du lernst unsere Recruiting Best Practices kennen, bekommst unser Vorgehen im Candidate Management vermittelt und baust Schritt für Schritt dein allgemeines Recruiting-Know-how aus.
