About the Role Join the technical pre-sales team at a Series A industrial R&D software company. You will help enterprise science and engineering organizations understand how modern data tools can improve research workflows and accelerate product development. What You'll Do Lead the technical pre-sales process, from demonstrations and business value cases to technical evaluations and pilot execution. Build tailored demonstrations, workshops, and pilots around each prospect's R&D workflows. Partner with account executives and customer champions to support value-based selling and new business. Present technical evaluations and explain how digital R&D data management can support innovation. Mentor newer team members supporting technical evaluations. Write Python scripts and configure platform integrations for prospect engagements as needed. Travel 25% to 50% for prospect meetings, presentations, and workshops. What We're Looking For Four to seven years of experience, including at least four years in digitalization, change management, or R&D leadership.
