Was dich erwartet:Anspruchsvolle Website-/E-Commerce-/Software-Projekte wie Relaunches und Optimierungen. UX-Audits und Beratung von Kund:innen. Konzeption, Erstellen und weiterentwickeln von Designsystemen. Aufbau und Pflege von CMS-Systemen Integriertes Arbeiten mit internen und externen Development Teams. Maßnahmenentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance Team (SEO/SXO). Ein spannender Kunde aus dem Motorsport. Was du mitbringst:1–3+ Jahre Erfahrung in relevanten Unternehmen oder Agenturen (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Festanstellung). Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse Figma oder vergleichbaren Programmen; Bereitschaft, sich weiter zu vertiefen. Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools im Design- oder Arbeitsalltag (z. B. für Recherche, Ideation oder Content-Erstellung). Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMS-Systemen (z. B. WordPress, Payload, Storyblok o. Ä.). Gutes Gespür für Design und ein Auge für Details. Grundlegendes Verständnis von UX/UI-Design sowie Interesse an aktuellen Trends und Best Practices.
